Individual self-guided tours are possible during the Palace’s opening hours, without reservation, with the last entry 40 minutes before closing. The tour lasts approximately one hour.

For families of up to 4 people, including one under 14, there are two types of tickets available:
• cumulative for self-guided visits – €8.00
• cumulative for guided tours (reservations required through the Ville Aperte website) – €15.00
For school
Classes wishing to visit Palazzo Arese Borromeo must arrange the date of the visit with the Culture Office and, if required, pay in advance via the PagoPa system.
The duration of the visit is approximately 90 minutes.

Guided tours and audio guides
Guided tours for individuals and groups of less than 10 people run on Sundays at 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM, and must be booked in advance on the Ville Aperte website.
Palazzo Arese Borromeo does not offer audio guides. However, extra content can be accessed on your personal smartphone by scanning the QR codes located on the information panels.

The exhibition is housed in the exhibition halls on the Ground Floor of Palazzo Arese Borromeo, in the vestibule area and the old state rooms.

Accessibility and security
Access to the exhibition rooms is equipped with a special ramp. Special seating is arranged along the rooms to allow visitors to rest. The Palace is also heated in the winter months and all rooms are equipped with lighting.
